Thousands of flood affected people are forced to
flee their homes and, now, live in horrifying and unimaginable
situation. Many of them have not only lost their near and dear ones, but
also their homes and crops - their only motivation and source of
survival. They are traumatized physically and psychologically,
depressed, and confused, i.e., not knowing how to and if they can (re)start their lives. At this hour, nothing and nobody can ease them or change their prospective of life.
Only time has the power to heal their wounds. Though we can not console
them at this very moment, but can certainly help them to survive long
enough to let time do its magical healing.
We, NepalAama family raised fund to assist flood
victims and would like to request each of you to participate in this
humanitarian effort to provide a ray of sunshine to those who have lost
their survival instinct.
The collected fund of N. Rs. 114,769.89 was deposited to Prime Minister Daibi
Prakop
Uddar Koshi, Kathmandu, Nepal.
