Terms and Conditions:

1. The main objective of the Yashasvi Sponsorship Program is to uplift the poor, marginalized and needy people in Sitapaila by providing them good education. Our program gives chance to sponsor one child from each family, so that he/she could help the family in future.

The school admission starts every year from the month of Nepali Month Baishak, mid of April.

The annual cost of a child at any level in our sponsorship program is $200. The expenses on different topics, which the school uses to charge, are shown in Financial Record accordingly.

4. NepalAama (hereafter referred as NA) will make the payment twice a year i.e. NA will pay 50% of the total agreed amount in the beginning of April and the rest will be paid in the beginning of September.

The fund-received receipt will be sent to NA through post.

The collected fund is mainly used for the management of educational institute. In any case, no cash should be given directly to the children or to their family.

The sponsors will get the drawings, letters and photographs of their sponsored children in the mid of the session i.e. in the month of September.

The annual progress report/students' mark sheet and school's general report will be sent to the sponsor at the end of the session i.e. in the month of March. NA also expects to receive all three progress reports or mark-sheets after every examination. E-copy would be fine.

Sponsors are welcome to visit the school but are not allowed to give any present or cash to the particular sponsored child. If the sponsor wants to present any thing, he/she should distribute to all the school children as whole.

Once the dollar amount is agreed upon per student per academic year, it cannot be changed during any given academic year. Dollar amount can only be revised/increased upon approval by the NA directors ONLY for following academic year. NA will expect school to give 6 months notice to get reasonable increase approved by the directors.

NA will be committed to sponsored student ONLY for one academic year. NA will renew the commitment if –

NA directors find student's progress satisfactory, and

NA has sufficient resources for the sponsorship.

If, for any reason, the selected student does not/cannot continue in the school after the academic session started, YSS will make prorated funds available towards new student/or another sponsored student's next year scholarship OR reimburse to NepalAama. Possible reasons where this clause could be applied are -

For any reason when YSS seizes its support to continue this program

Sponsored student/parent choose not to continue

NA decides the sponsored candidate is not eligible for reasons like unacceptable school attendance, progress etc

NA will hold right NOT to renew commitment after any academic year if YSS increases the dollar amount per student per academic year without NA's approval
